In order to enrich the off hours of employees, inject an air of relaxation and pleasure into their intense work, and cultivate the team spirit of employees, the company organized more than 80 employees to tour in the Putuo Mountains.

Different from previous traditional tourism, outward bound was added in the tourism this year, which allow employees to relax their mind and body and relieve stress, while cultivating their team spirit and enhancing their sense of belonging to the company. The preparatory group designed a set of team activities at Qianbusha, to promote mutual understanding between employees in different departments in a special way.

The successful completion of the first outward bound item “ice-melting” created a hot atmosphere of teamwork for the entire activity. In the items that followed, such as, “dragons fetching water”, “race against time”, and “war of water polo”, team members demonstrated tacit cooperation. The team’s awareness of objectives was activated through competitions, and the organizing ability and the execution force of employees were also effectively trained.

During this outward bound tour, employees had a thorough understanding on individual and team behaviors in collective activities, which has not only improved the team spirit of the staff, but also enhanced their collaboration skills, their courage for challenging difficulties and their confidence in individuals and the team.
